The espresso bar that comes to you.
A hand-built cart, three hours of great coffee, and everything down to the stir sticks included, from $500, anywhere within a 30-mile roundtrip of Rochester (then just $1/mile). Fifty-plus events in our first year, and a helluva lot more since.
The estimate is instant; the booking never is. Kyle personally confirms availability for every request.

We pour
We arrive about an hour early, set up quietly, and caffeinate everyone you love.
2026 event pricing
Two ways to host.
Same cart, same three hours, same care. The only difference is how the drinks get paid for.
The open bar.

How payment works. A $500 deposit books your date, and your date isn’t held until it lands. It’s non-refundable, but it can be applied to a different day if your event date changes and we’re free. The balance is due two weeks before the event. On Pay for What’s Poured, you’ll also get a final invoice for the drinks we actually served, due on receipt, once we know what everyone drank.
The cart fits your day, not the other way around.
It rolls through any normal-sized doorway, sets up indoors or out, and needs just a standard 110V outlet. We arrive about an hour before service to set up, and the whole operation travels anywhere within a thirty-mile roundtrip of Rochester as part of the package.
For pacing, our team pours about forty drinks an hour. For guest counts above 120 we may suggest additional service time so nobody waits long.
Real events, on film.
Questions hosts actually ask.
How far will you travel?
A 30-mile roundtrip of Rochester is included with every package. Beyond that, mileage is $1 per mile.
What does our venue need to provide?
Venue approval for the cart, and direct access to both plugs of a 110V outlet. We can’t run an extension cord from the outlet. The cart rolls through any normal-sized doorway, and outdoor set-ups need shelter or covering.
How fast can you serve?
Our team makes about 40 drinks per hour, and every package includes three hours of service. For guest counts above 120, we may recommend additional time at $175 per hour so everyone gets a drink.
Can you make our drinks?
Every package pours espresso drinks: lattes, americanos, mochas and hot chocolate, with dairy and non-dairy milk, caramel and vanilla. Chai and the full signature menu is a $200 add-on.
Do you offer decaf or drip coffee?
Not at this time. We’re sorry for any inconvenience!
What about cups and serve-ware?
We bring 8oz and 12oz paper cups, plus 12oz clear cups if you add iced drink service. Any serve-ware beyond that is yours to provide.
How does booking work?
Kyle confirms availability for your date first. A deposit invoice books the date, and the balance invoice comes a few weeks ahead of the event, due two weeks before it.
We’re less than a week out, too late?
Usually not! Events booked within 7 days carry a $250 expedited service fee.
